Thank you for your time, I thought it might be helpful to take a moment to show you what to expect when undertaking a Calgiene consultant review. It’s important to understand that every Calgiene consultant review has unique outcomes and is framed to suit the needs of the company being assessed.

A Euro Pumps consultant review is primarily focused on hygiene, water savings and efficiency, but we also touch on the effect that maintenance and production can have on cleaning outcomes.

Initial site inspection

An initial site inspection normally takes place over one or two cleaning cycles, the main areas of interest are;

Water use, both inflow and waste
Cleaning efficiency (quality)
Staff training/efficiency (time)
Staffing levels,
Swab data
Chemical use
Production equipment (PLC’s, belts, cable glands)
Maintenance reporting procedures

Your First Report

Then we provide you with a written report, with a photo for every point (where possible) to share with management and staff (see further sample pages on the next page)

Typically, at the end of this report there will be a range of recommendations. These recommendations could be anything, that we believe will be helpful in effecting better cleaning outcomes (equipment, training and/or maintenance).
